The church picnic was today. We had a good time. The weather was beautiful, perhaps a little cool in the shade or when the sun peeked behind the clouds, but it was a nice clear day.
It seems that quite a few people were either busy or away and couldn’t make it to the picnic, but we had a good group out for food, fun, and fellowship. Pastor Bryan lead a short time of worship. There was tons of desert. We had an “Amazing Race” for older kids and adults. The younger kids blew bubbles, played with a soccer ball, played with stuff, ran around, and broke a pinata (with the help of some older kids and a teen.)
It was a good opportunity to get together and get to know one another a little better. I’ve included some photos here, but you won’t be able to see them unless you know the password. If you want to know it, ask me or one of the picnic organizers.
